Google Ads and ChatGPT Ads Support
Paid visibility support for the searches you cannot reach organically yet, kept clearly separate from your organic Maps and profile work.
- Search campaign structure
- Local and call-focused targeting
- Landing page and enquiry alignment
- Spend reported against enquiries
Paid visibility
You pay for each placement
- Ad placements in search results
- Budget controls the volume
- Stops the moment spend stops
- Useful for immediate demand
Organic visibility
Earned through relevance and signals
- Google Maps and the local pack
- Google Business Profile discovery
- Compounds as signals build
- No cost per click or per call
Paid and organic are reported separately, so you always know which enquiries you paid for and which ones your profile earned.
Comparison of two different channels
Paid visibility, kept honest and kept separate
Our position is that organic visibility should be the foundation, because it keeps working after the work is paid for. But paid search has a real role: a new location with no history, a category where the local pack is saturated, a seasonal push, or simply demand you cannot reach organically yet.
The discipline that matters is separation. Paid visibility and organic visibility are different channels with different economics, and mixing their reporting is how agencies quietly take credit for results they did not produce. You should always be able to see which enquiries you paid for and which ones your profile earned.
We build and manage search campaigns aimed at local, high-intent demand, aligned with the same services and locations as your organic work, and we report the two separately.
Advertising placements inside AI products are evolving, vary by platform and country, and are controlled entirely by those platforms. We do not claim guaranteed placement in ChatGPT or any AI product, and we will tell you plainly what is available rather than selling a promise. Google Ads and ChatGPT are products of Google LLC and OpenAI respectively, and we are not affiliated with either company.
What paid support covers
- Campaign structureCampaigns and ad groups organised by service and location, not one catch-all bucket.
- Local intent targetingGeographic targeting matched to the areas you can genuinely serve.
- Call and message focusSet up around the actions local businesses actually need, not vanity clicks.
- Negative keyword hygieneContinuous pruning of the searches that spend budget and never convert.
- Landing page alignmentThe page the ad points to matching what the ad promised.
- Transparent reportingSpend, enquiries and cost per enquiry, reported apart from organic results.
How paid work is run alongside organic
Paid activity is sequenced so it fills the gaps in your organic visibility rather than duplicating it.
- 1
Decide whether you need it
We start by checking whether your organic visibility can realistically cover the demand. If it can, we will tell you that instead of selling you a budget.
- 2
Build around real services
Campaigns are structured by the services that make money and the locations you can serve, with messaging that matches the intent behind each search.
- 3
Connect to the enquiry path
Calls, messages and forms are wired up so that every enquiry is attributable and nothing arrives untracked.
- 4
Optimise and report separately
Ongoing refinement of queries, negatives and budget, with paid performance reported distinctly from your organic Maps and profile results.
What you should expect from paid
Speed and control, in exchange for ongoing cost. Paid visibility is a tap you can open and close, which is exactly why it should not be your only channel.
- Immediate presenceVisibility for competitive searches while organic signals are still building.
- Call-ready demandCampaigns built around calls and messages rather than traffic for its own sake.
- Controllable spendBudget you can scale, pause or redirect by service and location.
- Clear cost per enquiryHonest reporting of what each enquiry cost, separate from organic results.

Google & ChatGPT Ads questions
The questions we are asked most about this service, answered without the usual hedging.
If your profile is healthy and your category is not saturated, organic Maps and local search work usually produce better long-term economics, because the visibility persists. Ads make more sense when you are new to an area, when the local pack is dominated by established competitors, or when you need enquiries sooner than organic work can deliver them. Many businesses use both, with ads shrinking as organic visibility grows.
Advertising and sponsored placement inside AI assistants is an emerging area. What is offered differs by platform, changes regularly and is not universally available in every market or category. We will tell you what is genuinely possible at the time you ask, and we will not imply that placement inside an AI answer can be bought or guaranteed when it cannot.
No. Paying for ads does not improve your organic position or your Google Maps ranking. They are separate systems. Ads can generate useful data about which searches convert, and that insight can inform organic work, but spending on ads does not earn organic visibility.
It depends entirely on your category, city and the competitiveness of the searches you want. Rather than quoting a number blind, we look at the searches that matter to you, estimate realistic costs, and tell you whether the maths works. If it does not, we will say so.
Not sure whether you should be paying for clicks?
Tell us your category, city and what you are currently spending. We will give you an honest view of whether paid search is worth it for you, or whether the same budget is better spent on organic visibility.
