About these terms

By using this website or engaging Big Marketing Works, you agree to these terms. Where we take on paid work, the specific scope, fees and duration are agreed separately in writing, and that agreement takes precedence over anything general stated here.

No guaranteed rankings or outcomes

This is the most important section on this page. Google Search, Google Maps, Google Business Profile and AI-powered search platforms are controlled entirely by the companies that operate them. Their ranking systems, policies and behaviour change without notice and are not published in full.

We therefore do not guarantee any specific ranking position, any specific number of enquiries, any timeline for results, the reinstatement of a suspended profile, or inclusion in any AI-generated answer. Anyone who offers you those guarantees is not being straight with you.

• Results depend on competition in your category and location, your service area, your profile history and factors outside anybody control.
• Reinstatement decisions for suspended profiles are made solely by Google.
• Placement inside AI assistants and generative search experiences is controlled by those platforms and may not be available at all.
• What we commit to is the agreed work, the reasoning behind it and honest reporting on what happens.

Platform policies

All work we carry out is intended to comply with the policies of the platforms involved, including Google guidelines for business representation. We will not create fake listings, use ineligible addresses to gain visibility, buy or fabricate reviews, or misrepresent a business in order to pass verification.

If you ask us to do something that would breach a platform policy, we will decline and explain why. Platforms can suspend or remove profiles for policy breaches regardless of who made the change.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about your business, including real addresses, phone numbers and service areas.
• Provide the access we need, through the standard Google Business Profile manager model, and keep ownership of your own profile.
• Respond to requests for documentation where verification or reinstatement requires it.
• Tell us about changes to your business, such as new locations, hours, services or phone numbers, so the profile can stay accurate.

Access and ownership

Your Google Business Profile, website and accounts remain yours. Where we are granted manager access, that access is for delivering the agreed work and can be removed by you at any time. We do not hold your profile or accounts hostage, and we do not transfer ownership of your assets to ourselves.

Fees and engagement

Initial assessments and consultations are provided without charge. Paid work is quoted in advance, with the scope and fees set out in writing before work begins. Ongoing services such as maintenance run on an agreed cycle and can be ended in line with whatever notice period we agree.

Big Marketing Works is an independent service provider. We do not claim partnership, certification, endorsement or official affiliation with Google LLC, OpenAI or any other platform.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Big Marketing Works is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business, arising from the use of this website or from changes made by third-party platforms to their own systems, policies or rankings.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Indian courts.
